Manish is a C-Suite Leader and Executive Coach, with over 18+ years in the field of Human Resources and Organisation Development. Holder of an MBA, he is also a Master Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Neuro Semantics.

Currently, Chief Human Resources Executive at the Rogers Group, his current responsibility covers 5,500+ employees over 13 countries and 7 business sectors including Aviation, Logistics, Fintech, Real Estate and Hospitality. He is a trained Executive Coach, a certified Agility Coach, a Co-active Professional Coach and a certified facilitator of LEGO Serious Play. Manish is accredited in various psychometric tools (Facet 5, Agile Profile, ViewSuite, LAB profile, StressScan).
